Engel & Völkers Recognized by Franchise Business Review for Excellence in Key Categories

The global luxury real estate brand was recognized by the independent research firm as a Top 50 Franchise for Women and a Top 100 Recession-proof Franchise

Engel & Völkers today announced that Franchise Business Review recognized the luxury real estate brand as one of 50 franchise brands listed as a “Top Franchise for Women” and one of 100 listed as a “2023 Top Recession-proof Franchise.”

More than 36,000 franchisees—inclusive of 8,100 female franchise owners—representing over 365 franchise brands participated in Franchise Business Review’s franchisee satisfaction survey over 18 months.

Engel & Völkers’ franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, inclusive of leadership, training and support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
